The Smartcat Balance feature is a part of the translation platform’s procurement and automatic payment solution that allows businesses to seamlessly pay their suppliers or for Smartwords with just a few clicks – no more tedious invoicing at month’s end. Managing your balance on the Smartcat platform has become even more convenient! Now, companies can top up their Smartcat balance in a wide range of currencies and also now via wire transfer.
Prior to this update, companies only had the option to top up their balance in US dollars, either via credit/debit card or PayPal.
The Smartcat Balance now supports multiple currencies (seven in total so far) that enables you to have a new multi-currency balance. Below, you’ll see the example of a user that has added a US dollar (USD) balance, a Turkish lira (TRY) balance, and one for British pounds (GBP).
After replenishing these balances, the user will be able to pay for Smartcat services even faster.
You can also add more balance currencies by clicking on the + button.
You can now choose between three types of top-up methods: credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank wire transfer.
Another new feature is that you can now save your debit or credit card payment details for future balance replenishment. This means that you don’t have to enter the information time and again, but have an easy-to-use method of selecting the right payment method.
