How It Works

1. Access the AI Dubbing shortcut: Click the shortcut called Edit and translate videos/subtitles on your Smartcat workspace homepage

2. Upload files: Upload your video, SRT, or VTT files for transcription.

3. Edit source transcript: Review and edit the transcript in the Subtitle Editor.

4. Translate and add AI voice: Instantly translate and add an AI voice with Smartcat AI

5. Edit and Review the AI translation: You can edit the AI dubbing transcript in the translated language or ask a teammate to work on it. The live preview gives you context and lets you perfect the video on a granular level.

6. Download video with AI dubbing embedded: With the click of a button, you can download the video with the AI voice, and then repeat the process for other languages you need. All translated videos are organized for you in Drive under the original video. 

In addition, you can edit and change time codes as well as merge and split cues.
