I’m a certified, freelance Russian-to-English translator, specializing in technical, legal, financial translations. I'm always happy to work with new translation agencies and direct clients.

I've been born to German-speaking Austrian parents but was raised in English-speaking Canada. Due to this fact and to the fact that I competed my Master's in Austria, I am fluent in both languages and am fond of translating from German into English. Since 2000, when I started my translator's career, I've managed to translate millions of words in a great range of fields, from fiction to medicine.

I was lucky enough to travel the world and live in many countries, finishing school in U.A.E. and later attending the university in Greece following a job contract in the USA. My knowledge of languages from the native perspective allows me to translate at top notch quality.

I am a freelance translator and electromechanical engineer with electrical engineering degree. Although I am native in English, I consider Russian to be my native language as well, since I am fluent in both of them. I have studied Advanced Translation as part of my course at the University of Leeds, which included journalistic, administrative, technical/scientific texts and literary texts. I graduated with a degree in Russian with Class I honours in July 2020, and since then, I have worked full time as a freelance translator and EFL teacher.
