I offer multilingual services as followed: - Specialized & General Multilingual Translation: inter alia medical, literary, scientific, legal & localization from French, Russian, English, Norwegian (Bokmål & Nynorsk), Spanish & Dutch (as source languages) into French & English (as target languages), as well as Proofreading, Editing & Writing services in French & English. - Multilingual (Self-directed) Education Guidance - Research on Multilingualism for Peace - Art in all its forms - Wellbeing through Meditation, Sport, Better Sleep & a Healthy Diet The rate I start from is 0.09 EU / word. However, keep in mind that it depends on the type, timing and length of the project. I agree to work for a lower rate when I work for NGOs for example. I always consider the rate to be an open dialogue between me and my partners. I use Trados Studio 2019 as a CAT Tool and I am also available for the moment for any urgent assignment under the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. Please contact me any time.

I've been born to German-speaking Austrian parents but was raised in English-speaking Canada. Due to this fact and to the fact that I competed my Master's in Austria, I am fluent in both languages and am fond of translating from German into English. Since 2000, when I started my translator's career, I've managed to translate millions of words in a great range of fields, from fiction to medicine.

I have lived in Norway, Austria and Slovakia for several years, worked on freelance basis as a teacher or translator. In my current work as public policy manager I often do translations related to law, politics and various sectors of economy, paying close attention to the detail and meaning.

I love translating legal documents (e.g. contracts, certificates, notarial certificates, licenses, patents, apostilles, legalizations) and other documents such as books, emails, academic transcripts, websites, and user guides.

I've been in translations/linguistics since 1997, millions of words, vast experience, a great lot of fields, I've worked for Google, Airbnb, governments (local and states), just name it. I'm fond of languages. I can speak English (of course), French, Russian, some German, Norwegian, Chinese and even Ukrainian. I've studied Icelandic and am familiar with Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Faroese.
