I have worked on multiple international projects as media representative. I have translated and written articles in Finnish and English in these projects. However, more importantly as an international student I routinely translate academic articles from English to Finnish and Finnish to English.

I love translating legal documents (e.g. contracts, certificates, notarial certificates, licenses, patents, apostilles, legalizations) and other documents such as books, emails, academic transcripts, websites, and user guides.

I'm a freelance translator for Estonian/English and I have had more than 14 years of formal English education including English courses at the Tallinn University of Technology. I have worked in an English-speaking environment for a long time and as a freelance translator for the past 11 years, providing native level translations to and from Estonian. My translations are 50/50 into Estonian and English (also from Finnish) alike and I also provide editing/QA services. I have processed a wide range of technical manuals (for example for Caterpillar, Hyundai, Toyota, Ford, Ducati, Konecranes, Samsung, KitchenAid, LG, HP, GE Healthcare etc.) and have excellent experience also with legal documents (EU, Estonian and Finnish legislation, court documents, forensic materials, contracts, patents) product medical device manuals, information sheets, medical research files, PILs and various other topics.

Moiety Translations is a small two-person translation agency based in Jyväskylä, Finland that specializes in English-Finnish translations, though we do Swedish-Finnish translations as well. Both of our translators are native Finnish speakers with Master's degrees in English and Translation (University of Eastern Finland). We have experience on several different types of translations: for example, texts related to medicine, marketing, logistics, and design. We have also worked as interpreters and proofreaders.
