I am Turkish and Azerbaijani citizen, and speaking both languages as mother tongue. I have studied an English medium university and hence, I speak English fluently. Besides, I worked in Russia and learnt Russian language also.

I am a Translation & Interpreting student having experience in translation and game localization. Among the courses I've taken there are consecutive interpreting, gender studies and translation, medical translation, audiovisual translation, literary translation, editing and proofreading. I am also an undergraduate minor student in English Linguistics. I utilize technology in all ways possible in my works. Teamwork is key for me. I am interested in music, voice acting/dubbing.

Hi, I am Mücahid, mostly called Muco for short :). I am a freelance translator with 2 years of experience. I have been speaking English for 17 years and French for 6 years. I am a huge books and movies nerd, and I am not just saying that, I love Star Wars Saga, Pulp Fiction (actually, nearly all movies made by Tarantino), Godfather, City of Women and a lot more... I also love rock. To begin with groups, Black Sabbath, Ghost, Metallica, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Depeche Mode, Led Zeppelin, and more. Besides that, I went to Medical High school, so I am familiar with latin terms. I also lived in Paris, France for 6 months. During that time, I studied at Sorbonne. I was born in 1998 in İzmir. I am studying Translation and Interpreting at İstanbul 29 Mayıs University. I am also doing a minor in psychology. In my education, I'm exposed to many different proffessions that will increase my translation competence and cultural understanding. I am able to use Cat tools. My greatest wish is to be a proffessional translator with high efficiency. I am confident and reliable in my language skills and i believe that i will be efficient for the role of freelance translator.

As someone with a diverse educational background and having worked in different areas, I have managed to employ my various skill and know-how to translation/editing/review processes. My bilingual education since elementary school, different areas (applied sciences, economics, marketing) of expertise and mostly my passion for anything related to technology has proven very useful, and humbly, distinguishing even. My journey through technology includes software development, hardware enthusiasm, testing bleeding edge features and of course a passion for gaming. Somewhat of a nerd, I live in a world of popular culture references, comic books, science trivia, political discussions, film festivals, progressive rock albums, movie marathons, getting the most of mobile phones, weekend trips for trekking, cycling and lots and lots of reading.
