My career history is shaped in 4 interrelated periods focused on communication based on mainly content creation, management, and execution in terms of marketing. I have been doing freelance translations from German/English into Turkish since my college education. I have been providing professional translation, proofreading, editing, and transcription services for 6 years now. I graduated from one of the most prominent language and literature departments of Turkey after which I started working as a professional translator and conference interpreter without any interruption till now. After taking English course in Brighton, UK, and getting the sufficient IELTS score, I started to study PhD in the end of January 2008 in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Manchester in the UK completing with a distinguished thesis in October 2012. My research areas vary from power electronics, wind energy conversion systems, control systems, power systems, renewable energy technologies, power conversion, converter design and control, electrical machines, avionics, blockchain to smart grids

After working in real estate and banking sectors, I decided to pursue my career as a full-time freelance translator.
