For almost 30 years I have been working in the IT translation /localization industry and in the Education, Psychology and Nutrition fields for clients in Latin America and Spain. I have acquired a thorough understanding of the market trends as well as technical expertise in a significant number of current applications allowing me to provide technical proficiency to content consumers in a variety of markets

I am a Colombian guy who is currently working in Russia, I have been here for more than 5 consecutive years. My native language is Spanish, I have learned English since my childhood and also because I do not live in Colombia, as a personal goal I decided to learn the Russian language, currently I have a good level in all three languages. Extensive experience working with texts of different formats, contracts, manuals, news, reviews, catalogs, websites, etc. Over the years of activity, I have successfully handled with different topics of materials, technical, legal, literary, sports, political and others. As an immigrant in the USA I have experienced first hand the challenges of language barriers, and my passion for languages and desire to help my community motivated me to learn more about language services. I have worked with educational, religious entities and businesses to address the disconnection between them and their Spanish speaking audience. I have a Bachelors degree in Spanish from Utah Valley University and I have been involved in translation and interpretation for the last 14 years. I have experience translating legal documents, religious articles and higher education content that has been used internationally.

Now, as an entrepreneur of a translation and localization business, I know I have the cultural and linguistic knowledge to help you and your business to not be lost in translation.

I am a transparent, goal-oriented, and perfectionist professional with a positive perspective. I enjoy remote work and carefully follow instructions and I find it easy to work for long periods including during the night and maintain my attention to detail. That comes, of course, from having a genuine interest in Languages and Translation since I was a child and constant curiosity in researching different topics. I provide translation, retroversion, proofreading, transcription, and captioning services in general and specialized domains with appropriate technical resources. I would also like to add that I can handle deadlines just fine.
