I am a translation specialist with over 10 years expertise and one of the best on the platform. I work on translations from English to Spanish & Spanish to English (Portuguese to Spanish and vice versa also available) and I count with over 55 projects completed with a high professionalism and client satisfaction, hundreds more done off site, and projects for a multitude of important companies & studios, having also worked as Community Manager and Customer Support, transcribing audio, building databases, performing on some voiceovers and as virtual assistant.

I have worked for more than 20 years as a remote expert translator and I have proven experience performing all translators’ tasks, like localizing, reviewing and proofreading. I can translate from English, French and Portuguese into Spanish. I've been working as a professional translator since 2015, when I finished my degree. After that, I completed two masters and I am currently carrying out my PdH research. I speak five languages, German, English, Italian, French and Spanish. I work as well as a foreign language teacher at college.

I have 31 years of experience teaching and tutoring all levels of Spanish. With a Master's Degree in the Spanish Language and Literature from Middlebury College, VT, I consider myself to be a grammar expert, in addition to being fluent in the language. I had study abroad experiences in Mexico prior to living in Madrid during graduate school. In 2010 I spent the Winter-Spring semester traveling throughout Argentina and homeschooling my then 3rd grade son and 7th grade daughter. Also in 2010, I began a summer language immersion program, True Immersion, LLC, in Sevilla, Spain for American teens - which continues today.

I am highly proficient in Italian - primarily self-taught - but have also studied at the Lorenzo de Medici and Centro Firenze language schools in Florence over the last 14 years. From 2006-2011 I participated in an Italian Book Club hosted by a native instructor from Virginia Commonwealth University. I love the work of translating and look forward to helping you!
