With very limited access to learning resources, I have struggled to overcome my obstacles at school and managed to pursue further education at Faculty of Law and Economics (now known as Royal University of Law and Economics) with a diploma in banking and then at Build Bright University with a bachelor degree in finance and banking. I am a Khmer native who has been a freelance translator for over 10 years. I have covered a wide range of topic during my careers and my clients include both agencies, individuals, and businesses.

My name is Sambo THAN, a translator from Cambodia. I have been doing a freelance translator since 2018, I have done on many projects included French-Khmer, English-Khmer and French-English.

I love translating legal documents (e.g. contracts, certificates, notarial certificates, licenses, patents, apostilles, legalizations) and other documents such as books, emails, academic transcripts, websites, and user guides.

I am Cambodian and completely fluent in Khmer and English, and received high distinction in all my language courses. I have more than 5 years’ experience in translation document in pharma, technology, machine, law, business, and other fields. I worked for big project such as Microsoft, Google, Huewei, Vivo, GSK, Unilap ,etc. I am also an extremely hard-working, responsible and mature worker, who enjoys working in a team as well as autonomously.
