I'm a 37 years old native German author and translator. Within the last years I translated websites, newsletters, contracts or other documents and also books. Before this I studied management of media (including a semester abroad in the UK) and began a schooling as an alternative practitioner for animals. All the years I worked in different side jobs, gaining knowledge in areas I otherwise might not have touched (florist, industrial production, programming, journalism, etc.). Besides my interests have a wide range, they vary from computers and games to physical and mental health to cooking or crafting. I'm a very motivated translator who is looking for great possibilities to translate your documents and projects of different kinds. I've got a B.A. degree in Italian and English Studies (2016) and a binational M.A. degree in Italian Literature and Linguistics (2018).

I am a German and French qualified lawyer who has worked for over 20 years as a legal consultant and attorney in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and other jurisdictions. Last year, I relocated to Normandy / France and took a one-year sabbatical. Since January 2022, I have started a language service company and offer legal and book translation services and German and English business language courses. I translate from English or French to German and French or German to English. To maintain the highest quality standards, I currently do not offer translation to French or any other language.

I have been certified as a translator in English by the Federal Republic of Germany in Karlsruhe and in my work I am dedicated to thoroughness, exactness and intelligibility. My interests cover such areas as history, politics, philosophy, science fiction, fantasy and horror literature. My favorite book is Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell and my most-read authors are Stephen King, H. P. Lovecraft and Clive Barker.
