i just started out as a translator. due to my previous working expierence in the medical field, i am interested in medical translations

I am a German and French qualified lawyer who has worked for over 20 years as a legal consultant and attorney in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and other jurisdictions. Last year, I relocated to Normandy / France and took a one-year sabbatical. Since January 2022, I have started a language service company and offer legal and book translation services and German and English business language courses. I translate from English or French to German and French or German to English. To maintain the highest quality standards, I currently do not offer translation to French or any other language.

Starting as interpreter and translator during the balkan war, while studying German language in Zagreb, I moved 1995 to Austria, where I live ever since. I am Croatian and German native with profund knowledge of English language. In the meanwhile I was working in big international companies like European Telecom International, a company of Telefonica, and DHL. Since 2012 I am self-employed and work as translator and writer.

I have been certified as a translator in English by the Federal Republic of Germany in Karlsruhe and in my work I am dedicated to thoroughness, exactness and intelligibility. I was born in Switzerland and at the age of 3 we moved to Slovakia, so I'm proficient in German and Slovak. I have learned and studied the English language for 15 years now, so I'm fluent in it as well. I have worked for multinational companies, which required customer support in English and German on a day to day basis. Looking forward to starting translating.
