I am French and Swiss German, grew up and did a Law Phd in France and in French: French being considered as my mother tongue, even though I grew up in German, but anyhow… My Dad has had the opportunity to spend a few years in the States (Westchester County, NY) and we of course followed him. I'm a freelancer just starting out! I've always loved languages and since I speak three fluently, I thought it was high time to try my hand at translation work.

I have been working as a translator since 2018, when I started to attend the Languages and Cultures for Tourism and International Mediation course at the University of Bari. I graduated with the highest grade (110 e lode) and started my specialisation at the University of Turin (a Translation course focusing on literary translation). I work from both English and French and I am fond of literature: novels, poetry, theatre are my highest aims.
