I have been working as a translator and a proofreader since 2010 (e. g. for Booking.com, Czech publishing house Host, Leos Janacek Museum of Music, Alterna music club etc.) thus I believe I have rather a lot of experience. I am very used to work on projects with strict deadlines. I am familiar with MemSource translating software. I just like languages and I enjoy looking for different nuances in meaning and style.

I have been translating since 2013, focusing mainly on texts of technological nature and promotional materials, e.g. manuals, software and all kinds of general commerce-related texts. Apart from this main focus I also translate various general and literary texts, games, video subtitles (Amara). English is my second language but half of my family is German. Since I do not speak fluent German, we communicate in English since my childhood. I am very confident in speaking, writing and reading. I consider myself bilingual.
