Ketty is a Team Lead in the Product Localization team at Zendesk, with over 8 years of experience in the language industry. Starting her career on the vendor side, and then moving to the buyer side, has given Ketty the great opportunity to be exposed to and learn from both viewpoints. Today she drives strategy and operations while working on a broad variety of areas: translation technology, vendor management and linguistic assets management.
