A new interface and more control

Here’s an overview of some of the features that you can use on this page, which is found in the linguistic assets section of your Smartcat workspace:

Search bar: Easily find specific terms or phrases within translation memory units.

Translation Memory units overview: Access and manage all translation memories, viewing details like source language, target language, creation date, and creator.

Filtering options: Refine search results with memory unit and translation memory filters, sorting by criteria such as source language, target language, creator, and custom fields.

Editing TM units: Modify source text and target text of individual translation memory units by clicking on the unit or pencil symbol, making edits, and saving changes with the checkbox.

Editing TM unit metadata: View and edit metadata like quality for individual units by clicking on the "i" icon under Actions. 

Bulk editing of TM units: Make uniform changes across multiple units by editing language quality levels or specific words, terms, or phrases using the Find and Replace feature.

Find and Replace Feature: Locate and replace terms or phrases within units by searching in the source or target language and selecting to replace all occurrences or only those within selected units.
