The Content Marketing Manager’s mission is to lead the content marketing function by creating a scalable global content strategy across multiple channels including website, blog, social media, video, and email communications. As a product led growth company, Smartcat uses a freemium model and you will play a critical role in developing educational content to drive interest in our product and help develop our global brand awareness. You’ll be responsible for creating a content strategy, delivery schedule and managing a team of copywriters. Your success will be measured by contributing to Smartcat’s fast quarter over quarter growth rate of 33% and individual KPI’s based on audience engagement and development of our free user funnel.
Create a global content strategy and delivery calendar in 3 months.
Develop new forms of content and devise experiments with new types of content and formats that help attract, engage and drive users of our product in 12 months.
Continuously work with Product Managers to author content that drives awareness, consideration and differentiation.
Audit and update website content and SEO in 6 months.
Develop and upgrade customer success stories, case studies, white papers, marketing materials in 6 months.
Unify communications and develop standards for content creation, distribution, maintenance. Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Manage a team of copywriters, editors, translators, and designers to produce high-quality localized content.
Own content analysis and measurement (using Google Analytics and other analytics tools) across the organization to help teams grow and improve performance. Build measurability into programs and gather insights to continuously improve programs that drive awareness and share of voice.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, customer success or product.
Experience creating unique online content for user acquisition (blog, articles, case studies, video, story-telling).
Demonstrated results in partnering with Demand Generation teams.
Have worked in an international company with solid understanding of how to localize content.
Experience working in a highly dynamic startup environment, where you can make big things happen by turning thoughts into action.
Experience interacting and working with remote teams.
